The standard Java API Javadoc is available in WinHelp version which allows for
much more efficient searches than the basic Javadoc editions since it is pre-indexed.
This means you can do clickable Java help from your chosen editor. It is not essential to
The Squealer but we're passing on the information to you since it is a nice feature for
your Squealer-driven environment.
We don't distribute WinHelp versions with The Squealer, so you will
need to download the WinHelp versions for yourself. You can get them from a few places,
though we like the editions from
http://javadocs.planetmirror.com/javadoce.html. They offer both J2SE and J2EE
editions are are usually right up-to-date with the latest versions.
The configuration of these tools for Textpad is explained in the
Non-standard Textpad tools page.
